Today I didn’t feel like achieving any goals. Soon I felt that I was a couch potato. My mind started to repeat dumb stuff, but I didn’t need its advice anymore.
As Tom Hanks says in “Saving Mr.Banks” movie: “I’m tired of remembering it that way Aren’t you tired too? Now we all have our sad tales, but don’t you want to finish the story? Let it all go and have a life that isn’t dedicated to the past.” I don’t want a life that is dedicated to the past. I think negative thoughts keep me stuck in the past, but what should I do to free myself from negative thinking patterns?

I really don’t know.
But I think
Patterns that have been repeated for years do not simply disappear.
We just have to accept them.
The more we deny negative thoughts, the more they stick to us.
Such an amazing comment. yes, it’s correct. we should know them in first place. I think when I write them down, they can show the best way to pass challenges and overcome obstacles.
